Trial and activation

If a free trial is offered, billing begins only after the stated trial period ends unless the subscription is canceled earlier.

Refund requests

Refund requests are reviewed individually. Approved refunds are issued only when required by applicable law or where a billing error, duplicate charge, or verified technical issue prevented normal use of the paid service.

Non-refundable cases

Charges may be non-refundable where the subscription was used normally, the website was published successfully, or the service remained available during the paid period.
